Exchanges, cancellations and returns
We value complete satisfaction with purchases made on our website. Aiming for a partnership of respect and trust, we created our Exchange and Return Policy based on the Consumer Protection Code.
To ensure you don't have any problems with your purchase, pay attention to the full product description, including color and measurements.
If you notice any of the following situations, refuse delivery of the product:
- open or damaged packaging;
- damaged product;
- product does not match the order.
IF THE CUSTOMER RECEIVES A DAMAGED OR TAMPERED BOX, WITHOUT A RESERVATION ON THE INVOICE WITH THE DELIVERY PERSON'S SIGNATURE, WE WILL NOT SEND A NEW MISSING PRODUCT OR OFFER A REFUND.

WITHDRAWAL FROM PURCHASE
The customer has a period of 30 calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the product, to cancel the purchase made.
Within this period, the customer is entitled to a free return within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt. Within this period, the customer must send us an email to sac@aimebabykids.com.br with the following information:
-photo of the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging;
- full name and email address where the purchase was made;
- order number;
- reason for withdrawal. We will only accept returns of the product in its original packaging, without signs of use, washing, or modifications made by the customer, accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
If the consumer does not notify Aime Baby Kids of their withdrawal within 30 (thirty) calendar days or send the merchandise within this period, the product will be refused upon arrival at our distribution center and will be returned to the same sender's address, with the shipping cost being the consumer's responsibility.
If the consumer makes a partial return of the order and the unreturned items do not fall within the free shipping rule by state, the shipping will be paid by the customer deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Refund of amounts:
- Credit card
The refund may occur within two subsequent invoices, as determined by the Card Operator. For more information, contact your card issuer.
-Bank slip or PIX
The refund of the amount will be made exclusively through PIX to an account held by the consumer, as soon as all the information necessary to make the PIX effective is provided.
ATTENTION: Refunds will only be processed after the product(s) have been received and analyzed at our Distribution Center. The product must not show any signs of washing or use.
Product damaged, defective or not in accordance with the order*
If you receive a damaged, defective, or non-compliant product, you will have 24 hours after receiving it to email us the following information: - full name and email address where the purchase was made; - order number; - product name and price; - product damage, defect, or non-compliance; - photo of the product damage, defect, or non-compliance. Aime Baby Kids will have 30 days from the date the product is received at our warehouse to replace the product with one identical to the one described in the order and invoice. If the product is not available, the customer may opt for a refund.
Analysis of the returned product:
After receiving your return, our quality control department will conduct an analysis to confirm that it meets the conditions mentioned below. This analysis will be completed within 5 (five) business days from receipt of the product(s). Upon verifying that all conditions for cancellation set forth in this contract have been met, our team will contact your credit card company to refund the full amount of the return, or make a bank deposit (if paying by boleto). The amount will be credited to your credit card statement and will appear within 2 (two) issues.
* If the photos are not sent within 7 calendar days after receiving the product, the exchange will not be made!
*ATTENTION: Promotional items will only be accepted for returns or exchanges upon proof of defect.
